We sure do live in uncertain times, but if one thing is certain it's that this will all turn around soon! I'm working with an agency that looking to scale up the Sydney office and the first hire is a Paid Media Manager/ SEM Manager - reporting directly to the Managing Director. Start dates for this isn't immediate, but what's the harm in a chat, right? 

You will be responsible for strategy, planning and execution of campaigns, along with maintaining and building on client relationships. 

Your day-to-day : 

• Management of PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic advertising
• Set up new PPC accounts across multiple search engines and manage/optimise existing ones 
• Daily contact with both clients and search engines
• Ensure accounts achieve clients KPIs and business objectives
• Forecasting traffic and cost for new and existing accounts
• Track and analyse campaign performance 
• Weekly & Monthly internal and client reporting
• Manage juniors in the team
• Innovative and strategic thinking on all client activity

What we need from you :  

• 3-4 years of PPC experience  (preferably agency side)
• Experience using 3rd Party Bid Management/Tracking solutions
• Experience with paid social and programmatic is advantageous 
• Experience mentoring/managing juniors
