About the Role

As the PPC/Adwords specialist you'll be reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and will be responsible for owning and developing PPC, Social and Display campaigns on many different platforms and across a range of existing business partners and potential new ones.
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and assist in managing and optimizing our clients digital marketing campaigns including PPC and PPM across Adwords, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Display and all paid channels that our client is currently using or that may arise in the future
  • Assisting in the development of strategies and recommendations on how best to drive online results for the clients to ensure they have the strongest opportunity to achieve their required business goals

  • Ability to identify and articulate new channel and optimisation opportunities to the client

  • Collate, analyse, optimise and produce timely and insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.

  • Liaising with external agencies working on paid channels

  • Regularly testing advertising creatives and ad copies for all the paid channels and reporting on findings that will improve future outcomes

  • Maintaining existing and implementing new paid marketing activities for our clients

  • Assisting the wider agency team on new business opportunities via digital insights, research and other bespoke requirements.

  
What Our Client is Looking For

You are a marketer who understands numbers and makes data driven decisions but is also creative and knows how to communicate with clients and the target audience. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate:
  • Passion for what they do and who they are and love the team focused environment

  • 3+ years digital marketing background gained with demonstrable experience in SEM and AdWords. Other digital channels will be an advantage but not a requirement

  • A strong analytical ability. The successful candidate should be able to understand and articulate campaign performance in a logical and simplified manner. A strong knowledge of Excel is a must

  • A focus on driving results - Success within this role will be determined by the results delivered for our client’s and assisted growth in their businesses

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple and diverse paid campaigns simultaneously

  • Experience in a high-growth digital agency will be an advantage

  • Self-motivation to develop new skills and improve existing ones
