I'm working with a startup that's looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to come in and lead the development and implementation of paid marketing strategies. You will be a key contributor to supporting the growth of their newest game - internationally!
 
Focus on acquisition of new customers and work with other members of the team on retention and engagement.
  

Your day-to-day : 

• Design and implement online media plans to meet strategic goals
• Provide input on models to define profitability and LTV of acquired customers
• Develop a pipeline for innovation across marketing channels using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses
• Be up to date with the marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research, ad tech, and share this with the internal teams
• Work with internal/external creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution
• Work with the Marketing Analytics team on campaign analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting
• Collaborate with the Product and Tech team, and external vendors to build platforms and processes to enable customer targeting/segmentation, campaign execution and measurement at scale
• Promote continual creative improvement and lead programs to expected ROI with an understanding of cost of acquisition, retention and lifetime value

All we need from you is : 

• 5+ years of digital advertising experience across all digital channels
• Experience setting up content and A/B testing pipelines 
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills 

Brownie Points if you have : 

• Knowledge of ad server and affiliate management platforms 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables
