Just Digital People are working with a unique and unrivaled clothing brand in the eastern suburbs, who are looking to bring on a talented UX Designer with experience across Product & visuals to show in your portfolio. This role is a UX role where you will be coming up with Personas, customer journeys, wireframing, prototyping & you have confidence doing this in a room full of Senior stakeholders.
You will be responsible for staying up to date with industry standards across UI, UX and Product design as well as playing a pivotal role in the customer journey with the brand, through this period of hyper-growth.

Responsibilities Include:
Ownership of the framework, direction, and execution of Reforms web application Design and prototype for our web application
Usability testing
Working to improve our brand through our web application
Creating collateral for use on our website and in communications with users
Qualities We Are Looking For Include:
Passion for achieving great UX with an excellent visual aesthetic sense
The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness
Thorough understanding of interaction design principles
Some experience in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
Ambition to grow personally and professionally
User-centric mindset
Excellent analytical ability - fine detail, big picture and levels in between Insight – to detect and illuminate deep issues and problems
Excellent problem-solving ability
Highly creative
Keen attention to detail
Knowledge of and experience with UX/UI design and review tools
