What are they looking for?
  

• Serious visual skills you need to be able to show hi-fidelity visuals but back it up with a solid design process.
• UX design experience, user testing, personas, wireframes etc.
• Clear communication skills – ideally you have worked with stake holders, C-level executives and possibly co-founders.
• Previous experience working within a startup and building and re-iterating on a product.
