My client is a young tech startup, ready to take 2021 by the horns! They believe that the world needs more fun, kindness, and positivity especially during this unprecedented time that is 2020 and beyond!

Reporting to the CEO, as the Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge to bring the product to Millenials and the like around Australia. This role will manage growth marketing, and be responsible for managing their digital and offline marketing efforts. This will be a very hands-on role initially, and then as we grow, you will build out a team to support our growth objectives. 

What you will be getting up to: 

• Creating, managing, and developing user acquisition strategies; be full of groundbreaking exciting ideas to optimize acquisition
• You will play an active role in defining and evolving our communications strategy including our PR activities.
• Delivering integrated, 360-degree marketing campaigns, applying the learnings of the most efficient activities to fuel growth across channels from your best work. 
• You will proactively monitor all paid media campaigns, analyze results to identify improvements and optimize effectively.

What we need: 

• 5 plus years in a Digital Marketing and consumer acquisition role 
• Growth hacker at heart, and are always looking for creative ways to reach users
• Experienced with Google AdWords (UAC, Search, Display)
• Fluent in all aspects of the marketing mix - including brand, media buying, design, social media, content marketing, events and sponsorships
• Analytical skills; demonstrated success using data to make decisions that deliver results.
• A background with another tech startup or Digital Agency (MUST)
