• A degree in marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years hands on experience in retail and digital marketing preferably including social, eDM, CRM applications
• Customer acquisition experience preferably via SEO, PPC, AdWords, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Analytics, and Social
• Ability to work with Adobe suite, G-suite, Mailchimp, Wordpress etc
• Creative 'knack' and content skills
• Ability to adapt and take on a variety of different tasks, prioritise and manage time effectively.
