I'm currently working with a Melbourne based tech company that's on the lookout for a Marketing Automation pro to fully own and lead their B2B marketing automation function. You will design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns that focus on acquisition, engagement, loyalty and expansion.

What we need from you :
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B environment (non negotiable)
- Experience with E2E email marketing with SMS integration - this includes customer segmentation, building journeys, trigger based campaigns, email builds, copy and design for emails, A/B testing, optimisation and reporting
- Experience using tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or similar
- Experience working with sales teams on sales enablement, webinars and other campaigns
- Managing multiple campaigns at once while working with internal teams on the development of new campaigns
- Being a remote and independant role we need someone that's a self starter, motivated and a strong communicator
- Work on the strategy and implementation of email campaigns that move prospects through the funnel
- Create segmented nurture programs that position the brand as a market leader
- Understand the target market and customer database and create campaigns that target them accordingly - driving acquisition, engagement, loyalty and expansion.
- Integrate email marketing efforts with SMS, website cues, sales and customer teams - in order to optimize touches and sequences for best results.
- Cultivate list-building strategies to effectively identify new buying targets across P1 accounts, striving to increase email opt-in subscriptions
- Copywriting for emails and landing pages - constantly A/B testing to ensure quality
- Track and report on progress of existing campaigns while constantly optimising processes and procedures to ensure success
- Ensure that all assigned projects meet time constraints while ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Ensuring KPI's are met in terms of quarterly sales results
