I'm working with a global workspace firm that's on the lookout for a Marketing Operations and Automation Manager. Working closely with the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will ensure that marketing operations infrastructure – including our marketing automation systems – are maintained and optimized.

Your day-to-day :
- Monitoring, leading and developing programs within the Unispace Marketo instance
- Website maintenance and optimisation; developing and managing regular feature changes/ optimisation release cycle and managing communications to all stakeholders
- Maintaining current form automations and creating new ones based on emerging business rules and requirements (using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate etc.)
- Create, maintain and communicate marketing reporting templates for the greater marketing team and other stakeholders or varying seniority across the wider business
- Capturing and managing all non-Marketing digital requirements (i.e. websites, process automations etc.) and communicating effectively with all regional and global partners on digital marketing operations
- Producing training documentation for all new Marketing SaaS platforms and facilitating this to new colleagues as part of the employee onboarding experience
- Helping drive meaningful innovation as part of the Innovations committee, bringing researched ideas to the table and creating and executing reporting on pilot outcomes
What we need from you :
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Marketo certification is desirable
- Experience creating reporting presentations and illustrating insights from marketing data
- B2B marketing experience is preferred
- Digital marketing technology literacy, including a high degree of competency with marketing automation and CRM applications and Adobe CC suite (PS, AI, ID, PP, AE)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS, and general web-technologies (HTML, JS, CSS) is preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
