Just Digital People are working with a progressive creative digital agency who work with a range of awesome clients and are on the hunt for a talented Group Account Director to join their talented team.
  
As the Group Account Director, you'll be leading a team of AM's and digital creatives, taking the lead on several accounts, developing successful strategies and ensuring that the client management follows the company’s exceptional standards.

On a normal day, you will be the point of contact with a range of great clients, arrange and attend meetings, follow up on current work and client relationships, present ideas and strategies, brief and lead the team.
  
This unique agency are looking for an outstanding Senior Account Director who has previous experience with managing client relationships and who has solid experience from digital or technology roles. As such, they will be looking for a person with the following skills and experience:

• Experience with – and ability to – plan and strategise at a senior level
• Confidence in their approach to creative projects
• Solid experience from marketing, digital or technology roles, as well as in professional relationship management
• Ensure that internal processes are efficient and follow best practice
• Develop new client relationships alongside agency Directors
• Excellent written skills and communication.
• Team management experience and knowledge
• Attention to detail and budgeting experience
• Knowledge and appreciation of creative processes – especially on a digital level
