Skills + Requirements 

• 5+ years experience in leadership role
• Extensive experience managing tech teams
• Experience developing in PHP, Node, Typescript and modern cloud technologies
• Ability to lead and manage teams across multi-disciplined teams
• Ability to solve complex technical issues
