Our client is looking for an eDM Technical Specialst to execute loyalty and customer campaigns to drive results using insight and experience. You will be responsible for delivering strategy that drives engagement and conversion by leveraging the CRM platform and establishing the foundation for analysis, insights and optimization.
   
  
What to expect in your day-to-day:


Design – Email campaign design and delivery across devices and platforms

Development – Develop and optimize eDM templates and content

Campaigns - Drive best practice campaigns aimed at customer lifecycles while producing engaging member focused campaigns that deliver business outcomes

Analysis - Monitor and evaluate campaigns for effectiveness and continuous improvement
