A day in the life...

• Grow our clients online sales in line with their sales targets (attractive bonus' to follow)
• Continuously identify ways to enhance the customer experience on our B2C site and understand customer shopping behaviour.
• Own the eCommerce platform as a tool to drive continued growth of online sales by setting and regularly refreshing campaigns tracking shopper journeys.
• Work with the Communications Manager to strengthen the performance of our monthly EDMs
• Own and manage the day to day operations of our clients ecommerce platforms and major ecommerce platforms their product is sold through
• Maintain a key relationship with our client's website agency.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all digital and social media done through our digital media agency hits objectives and drives online sales.

The must needs...

• 3+ years specialist eCommerce experience working at an agency or inhouse eCommerce team
• Your technical skills are sharp- You can do the basics when it comes to website updates and you are confident in google ad words, Facebook and Instagram advertising
• You're a creative people person who understands consumer behaviour
• You are passionate about health and well-being and are excited to promote a product within this lifestyle
• You are energetic, passionate and thrive in a hard-working, fast paced team
• You are an expert at juggling and prioritising multiple tasks- time management is your thing! 
• You are flexible, organized, resilient and keep calm under pressure
• You’ve got that drive and entrepreneurial spirit to fit right in to a growing business with massive potential
• Familiar with the Dotmailer platform is desirable but not a deal breaker for the right candidate!
