Full Job Description
Digital project manager required for an immediate start on a permanent basis:
The key duties of the role:
• Deliver key BAU/initiatives and projects to time, task and budget
• Manage change requests as required to deliver an exceptional customer user-experience
• Deliver on agreed programs of work which align to the Fund's business plans
• Log and track incidents via JIRA (tracking tool)
• Gather requirements and create/verify use-cases
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for AWP releases/deployments
• Utilise CMS (Magento) to make changes, create pages and site sections as required.
This will also include working, as required, across the following areas:
-Delivery of BAU and initiatives
-Communication platforms (Desktop, Tablet, mobile devices)
Requirements
• 2+ years agency experience.
• Experience in Magento CMS (highly desirable).
• Experienced working as either a digital producer, account manager or digital project manager.
