The day to day..

• Develop performance marketing campaigns in conjunction with team strategy planner
• Optimise campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, paid social, programmatic & re-targeting
• Ensure all campaigns are being delivered on time and achieving agreed KPIs
• Identify and communicate new channel and optimisation opportunities to clients
• Collate, analyse, optimise and produce insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns
• Use report statistics to influence best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns
• Use Google, Facebook, Bing and other tech stacks to your will

The nitty gritty...

• 3+ years agency experience delivering successful performance media outcomes
• A enthusiast of all things paid search, social and programmatic 
• Experience managing and scaling large budgets for multiple clients 
• Certified in Google Marketing Platform & Facebook Blueprint
• Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio
• You don't shy away from client interaction and have great communication skills (verbal & written)
• You're a forward thinking, analytical and strategic performance whizz looking for challenge, mentorship and all the resources you could ever wish for!
