The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the overall strategy for digital marketing and social media to assist in building the brand's strategic leadership position as a industry leader, promoting key services and research products across digital channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver the digital performance strategy supporting growth in Subscribers.
• Deliver tactical campaign support for digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure customer experience is optimised across all digital touchpoints/campaigns, driving increase in engagement metrics
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and acquire digital marketing insights in order to keep strategies up-to-date and inform recommendations and to respond appropriately to opportunities and threats.
• Managing and reporting on digital platforms. Promote a ‘test and learn’ culture that enables marketers to make informed decisions about marketing placement, messaging and product to continuously improve acquisition cost and customer lifetime value.
• Lead best practice digital processes and skills gap analysis for continuous improvement and increased efficiency in digital resource application
• Provide SEO support when managing the website, including checking integrity of all Links/ Forms/ Site speed/ Navigation and software updates.

Skills & Requirements:

• Marketing or related degree essential, digital qualifications desirable
• CMS experience desirable
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation (optimising user journeys) and delivering SEO strategies.
• Experience managing performance budgets (AdWords, Facebook, Programmatic, Affiliates etc.)
• Demonstrable experience optimising email performance
