This Marketing Manager opening is a newly created position within a customer centric business that specialise in Cloud services. Having always had their marketing outsourced to a third party, the leadership team made the decision to take things next level & bring it in-house!

You'll have control & ownership of your campaigns while promoting a brand that provides data management and solutions for the future. 
 
What do we want from you?

• Demonstrated ability to deliver acquisition focused marketing campaigns across digital, web & brand.
• At least 7 years experience in a similar role - ideally within the IT industry. 
• Strategic and creative, you will feel comfortable designing a complete marketing strategy as well as ensuring disciplined execution of your plan - utilising your internal team & digital agency for search & display campaigns.
• Experience in the end-to-end development and delivery of digital marketing activities, including digital content creation, social media and email marketing campaigns. 
• A high level of successfully planning, creating & executing marketing campaigns with a healthy ROI. You'll be responsible for delivering & presenting your campaigns performance & profit margins.
• Experience in leading and managing a small team, providing day-to-day direction, clear prioritisation and appropriate support to achieve outcomes.  
• Technical experience in using and integrating various CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics)

Area's to earn extra brownie points:

• Highly developed Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• In-depth experience in  Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager – event tracking, Keywords research tools, SEM management platform, Google Map Maker and Google Business Pages
• Technical experience in website development and programming– including scope, design, User experience (UI/UX)
• The capability, confidence, courage, and commitment to make things happen. Your emotional intelligence will help you to balance daily demands and achieve positive results. In short - you are a true go-getter!
• Genuine self-awareness with a firm grasp on your strengths as well as the ability to articulate what support you need to perform at a high level. You will have a keen desire to learn and grow and you will see feedback as the breakfast of champions!
• You'll invest in your own well-being, and of course, you'll also have a good sense of humour because we love nothing more than a laugh with our hard work!
