General
General
- The ability to strategise, compose and manage social media, web and eDM content.
- Knowledgeable in the use of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce MarketingCloud or other CRM experience.
- Use HTML, CSS, SQL and AmpScript to code the brief into the email campaign program.
- Refined skills in development, design and deployment of eDM’s
- Experience with marketing automation strategy
- Experience with PPC advertising, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, etc
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram advertising
- Basic to intermediate skills with HTML and Adobe Creative Suite
- The confidence to engage with the travel market through social media and review sites
- B2B.
- Identify and suggest distribution channels which may be of benefit
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities, product offerings and communicate to management on a regular basis
- Maintain effective communication with operations to ensure a unified approach and professional standard is delivered.
- Increasing revenue derived from repeat business
- Increasing direct business
- Growing database size and revenue derived from it
- Growing social media base and revenue derived from it
