Hello all! I'm working with a Digital Agency based in Surry Hills to find them a Campaign Manager. Working closely with the Biddable Media Manager, you will be working across Paid Search, Facebook and Programmatic Display.

Due to the nature of their work, you will have exposure to a wide variety of platforms and technology - accelerating your digital knowledge. 

What we're looking for :

• 1-2 years experience in digital - client or agency side 
• Someone who is good with numbers, analytical, and can translate optimisation techniques into tangible results.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn 
• Run campaigns to agreed CPA rates with clients and consistently grow the accounts and improve performance in conversion rates
• Initiative to test new techniques such as keyword targeting, ad copy testing, display & facebook audience testing 
• Excel skills for reporting & analysis
• Account Management experience - or a desire to be client facing 

Tools :

• Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Doubleclick Bid Manager or equivalent 3rd party ad platforms
• Facebook Advertising - through Facebook Business Manager or equivalent DSP
• Media buying through 3rd party ad networks
• Trafficking execution - through DCM or equivalent
