I'm working with a massive Aussie financial institution that's on the lookout for a Digital Analytics Specialist. 

This role will ensure that all websites are tagged and tracked correctly, reporting back to the business with insights on digital marketing attribution, website trends and conversion rate improvement opportunities.


Your day-to-day :

• troubleshooting, creating and working task lists to resolve problems
• work closely with the wider digital, analytics and back end technology teams to ensure all marketing technology functions smoothly
• Ongoing development and maintenance of Google Tag Manager setup across websites
• Work with CRO team to implement Optimizely testing
• Ensure reliable and consistent data is flowing through to all marketing reports and dashboards
• Support the Analytics team to improve data quality, naming conventions, data collection, lead acquisition, etc.

What we need from you : 

• 3 years digital marketing experience
• Deep understanding of web analytics (especially experience with Google Analytics and Campaign Manager) 
• Experience with tracking tags and with tag management systems 
• Experience working with conversion optimisation tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or similar
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google’s Data studio and Tableau
• Excellent analytical and MS Excel skills
• Experience with search bid management
• HTML and JavaScript experience
