I'm working with a boutique agency in North Sydney that offers tonnes of flexibility, work-life balance and career progression.

Your core focus will be to manage the client relationship for your allocated clients, with support from the Account Director. Deliver the highest quality media plans, negotiate with media vendors, buy those plans and report on them as required. 
 
Your day-to-day:

• Manage client requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Pro-actively seek opportunities to present new ideas and recommendations.
• Work with the broader agency team on integrated campaign ideas.
• Develop media plans backed by research and solid media insights.
• Negotiate with media vendors, book plans, optimise and post analyse.
• Contribute work to agency case studies.
• Be involved in new business pitches as required.
• Accurately manage the client’s financial process (e.g. work with the Finance team to limit outstanding invoices) 

What we need from you? 

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or digital account management position
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint.
• A basic understanding of core media planning principles (e.g. flighting, recency and effective reach theory, seasonality and market prioritisation)
