Their mission is to seamlessly connect people with the physical and digital world around them through our patented location services technology.

On the hunt for a passionate, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated Customer Success Manager with demonstrated and successful customer on-boarding and account management skills.

The ideal candidate has a consultative account management approach, demonstrated experience exceeding sales quotas, hails from a SaaS or services company with experience selling technology products and/or services, and is capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

You'll responsible for the success and growth of clients and channel partners, ensuring coordination, integration, and an overall consistent and successful experience across partners and clients. You will have experience navigating through organisations, be a great listener, articulate communicator, as well as a curious and creative problem solver.

The position will be based in Sydney and will oversee enterprise accounts and channel/partners for the Americas and EMEA market. You will play an integral role in helping build the foundation of our their Customer Success organisation - working closely with team members based in San Francisco.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 4-7 years of B2B or enterprise account management, and/or channel partner management experience at a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute customer success plan from launch to account management
  • Client presentation skills onsite and remotely
  • Experience in the Android and iOS mobile app lifecycle
  • Strong project management skills. Experience using Asana, Google Docs, SmartSheets.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to plan, forecast, and deliver specific results and work independently as well as within a start-up environment
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THE POSITION
  • Oversee the successful integration, deployment, and onboarding of new  clients and channel partners
  • Perform platform training onsite or remotely
  • Drive all post-sales support and relationship building with a focus on facilitating enablement activities
  • Provide ongoing support and drive account growth through enablement activities
  • Lead quarterly business reviews
  • Support sales activity with product demos and expertise
  • Be a conduit between client and channel partner sales, marketing, product, and engineering team.
