Your role as the Affiliate Marketing Manager will see you head up the Affiliate strategy and drive business growth through meaningful digital partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Head of Performance, you'll have full ownership of Affiliate forecasting and performance expectations. 

With HQ based out of Melbourne, this business is also happy to consider interstate candidates as they look to offer a fully hybrid working model.


What you'll do:

• Drive the affiliate marketing strategy
• Maintain existing digital partnerships
• Meet lead generation targets in line with business expectations
• Report effectiveness of affiliate strategies to senior business leaders

What you'll need:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Affiliate marketing
• Experience working with 'Cost per Action' models
• Commercial acumen to deliver beneficial marketing partnerships
• Project management skills to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
