My client is a very well respected publisher for the medical industry, offering the most current and critical media data available right across Australia.
   
The company is in a pivotal time of their history, in migrating from their traditional publisher roots to a digital engagement platform and they would like someone of fantastic character to join their 50 person team in Sydney.

Who they are really looking for?
  • Someone who has experience in the media, medical or pharmaceutical industry 
  • 3 or 4 years digital or media experience
  • A person who can drive new business AND then nurture those clients
  • An adaptable individual, this isn't a bustling or loud office. Most of the sales will be done over the phone or on video
  
The salary bracket is reflective of the individual and pays between $90,000k and $120,000k. 
  
The commission structure is monthly and around 40% of individual revenue, this realistically looks like $3.5k per month. There is potential for an annual individual and group commission too.

Progression can be quick if performance is good and there are other areas of the business to move into.
  
  
A few key responsibilities
  • Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships to grow the business.
  • Lead the new SaaS based revenue generation opportunities, sourcing and delivering new business opportunities for this across the platform.
  • Be a company champion of the product and the new digital platform offerings
  • Contribute to the long-term business commercial strategy
