Just Digital People are on the lookout for a stellar Account Director to join one of our favourite digital agencies on the beautiful Gold Coast. A people person by nature, the right candidate for the role will have an excellent knowledge around performance media and the skillset to be the person clients turn to when they want the perfect campaign and results that speak for themselves.  
  
A Day in the Life…
  

• As Account Director you’ll be responsible for handling client interactions for the agency, with clients in a wide variety of exciting industries
• Working directly with the marketing team to communicate client goals, budgets and analyse results
• Working with the sales department to generate analysis, reports, and quotes for potential new clients
• You'll achieve this through creating client briefs, developing strategies and solutions, and then executing on these strategies with your killer team. 

  
The skills you bring…

• A superb understanding of Paid Social/Paid Search/Display/CRO/Google AdWords and Analytics
• 3+ years agency experience in an Account Manager role
• Your love of people is obvious through your exceptional communication skills and second to none presentation ability
• You're a team player. Our client prides themselves on being a tight-knit team who are able to operate cohesively to achieve the best possible results
• You love to be a part of a growing company that is on an upwards trajectory
• Pro at multitasking and effective time-management
• The ability to juggle multiple clients across multiple performance media campaigns
