You will be an agile client-facing personality who can comfortably & confidently manage multiple client and agency stakeholders concurrently, while also looking after workflow and deadlines throughout all stages of the digital campaign. Join a fast growing award winning agency dominating the market. The media site is one of the largest and most highly engaged digital and social media sites in the world addressing a number of trending topics!
 They're now in a position to appoint a gun Digital Account Director. As an integral member of the commercial team, you will be responsible and accountable for the successful planning, coordination, implementation and execution of our client's digital campaigns across a diverse range of industries.
  
Working as part of a cross-functional collaborative team, you are someone who thrives in a busy working environment and enjoys being client-facing while managing multiple projects, both short-term and annual. You are a proactive, highly organised, process oriented individual who's focused on instilling best practice, mitigating risk and controlling scope.
 
THE INS & OUTS:
  • Manage a portfolio of top tier clients. 
  • Develop long lasting business relationships at all levels within the company. 
  • Remain focused under pressure, and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering optimisation recommendations where under delivery occurs.
  • Providing pre-sale support such as pulling market inventory availability to put together digital proposals.
  • Working with the creative agencies and client to establish campaign program, including ad specifications and lead-times, ensuring creative deliverables are in line with campaign KPI's and objectives.
  • Interpreting digital data and analytics to create digital strategies.
  • Multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment. Same day turnarounds frequently required and priorities change quickly.
  • Compiling campaign reporting in an informative, suggestive and consultative manner with recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Figuring things out while processes are being continuously defined.
  • Monitoring campaigns and ensure complete delivery across the various details of the buy.
  • Educating internal and external stakeholders in digital marketing best practices.

THE OBLIGATORY BULLET POINT LIST OF THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
  • 1-2 years experience working within Digital Marketing.
  • 1-2 years experience working Acgency side as an Account Manager. 
  • Exposure to digital services such as SEO, SEM, CRO and Display. 
  • Experience in managing account service staff. 
  • A digital savvy candidate with knowledge of existing and emerging digital channels including social media.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage time and budgets. 
  • Must have strong digital and project management skills working across native content, display ads, eDMs etc.
  • Dedicated, passionate and strong work ethic. 
  • Ability to work autonomously, remain motivated, engaged and professional.
