Robbie and Just Digital People are on the search for an account director to join an awesome digital agency based in the Melbourne CBD.

I am not going to list of a number of generic bullet points that the client needs because let’s face it that is boring, and a normal job spec never covers everything the employer is looking for.

Instead, I am just going to give you some interesting info about the business and hope that it peaks your interest.
Culture – Don’t we love that word – “what is the culture like” as a recruiter, it is a question I get asked every day at least 40 times. This business is well established and thrives on working hard and keeping there employee’s happy. Like all agencies getting projects out of the door is the main objective. However, these guys do like to have a laugh and there is a young fun atmosphere within the business.
My overall opinion on the agency is that if you are a hard worker who likes to get sh*t done with a smile on your face and learn weird and wonderful new technologies then it will be a good place for you.

“What will I even be doing?” - You will be working at the top end of a team of three other account managers – Someone who is at that senior/account director level would be ideal for this role.This agency specialises in website development and works with a number of not for profits, retail, government and educational organisations.
Ideal candidates from the words of the hiring manager:

Willingness to lead the account management team.
Has experience account managing medium/high web development projects.
Client owning gun who understands the importance of strategy within a digital agency and will come in and bring their own ideas to help the team grow.
