FACTS: No one cares how good you were last year, or any year prior to that.
In one year you could have a completely different group of clients and a completely different business, that is ok, providing all your results are still going up. Change is inevitable, disruption doesn't care, and shouldn't care about where you came from or why you're here unless you are reinventing yourself every year, and continuing to step up to the table every single day and bring 'relevant' value.

"Cheese" is a metaphor for what you want to have in life -- whether it is a good job, a loving relationship, money, a possession, health, or spiritual peace of mind. And the "Maze" is where you look for what you want -- the organization you work in, or the family or community you live in. In the story, the characters are faced with unexpected change.
